RIGHT OF RETURN

A customer may return a product within 14 days of having received a product, provided that the product:

• has not been worn and does not show any signs of wear;
• is in perfect hygienic condition (underwear must be worn when trying on any item);
• the product is returned to AMY in its original packaging and with all its labels;

Any AMY products marked «Outlet» are explicitly excluded from this right.

The costs of returning AMY product are borne exclusively by the customer. Provided that the above-mentioned conditions are met, AMY will reimburse the amount of the returned product minus any delivery costs.
